The Wyalusing Community Corporation is a nonprofit 501c3 organization.
Established in 2003 to save the former McCarty Garage the organization has established a cornerstone of the Wyalusing historic downtown. The Greater Wyalusing Chamber of commerce is located in the front room along with The Blue Heron Art Gallery. The building houses the Tuscarora Wayne Community Room that can be rented for business and social functions. See room rentals figures below. The room can seat 180 at round tables or 250 in an auditorium setting. The room is air conditioned and heated for your comfort year around.

Wyalusing Community Room Pricing
All groups using the room will pay the $100 cleaning fee.
Non-profits may use the room for free as long as the room is available and the cleaning fee is paid. Non-profits will follow the policies and procedures just like a regular renter.
The fee for an evening event for less than 50 will be $250.
Evening event with food being served for over 50 people is $500.00.
The fee for classes is $10 per hour if available.
The fees for a week-long event will be $100 plus 75 per day.
A $25.00 deposit is required to reserve the room and balance must be paid 7 days prior to the event. Proof of insurance required.
Chamber sponsored events will be given priority if there is multiple requests for same day and time. Otherwise the room will be reserved on a first come first served basis.
